LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DYNOJET RESEARCH Inc. Fuel Injection Maps - DYNOJET POWER
COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S) - IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement
herein after referred to as ("LA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
or a single entity) and Dynojet Research Inc. for the product(s) identified as ("DYNOJET
POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S)"). The DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION
MAP(S) includes any "online" or electronic documentation. The controlling language
of this Agreement is English. If you have received a translation into another language,
it has been provided for your convenience only. By copying, installing or otherwise
using the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S), you agree to be bound by
the terms of this LA. If you do not agree to the terms of this LA, Dynojet Research
Inc. is unwilling to license the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S) to
you. In such event, you may not use or copy the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION
MAP(S), and you should promptly destroy all copies.
DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S) LIC The DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL
INJECTION MAP(S) is acknowledged as programming. Copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect
the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S).
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
• This LA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
royalty-free, paid up license to use the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION
MAP(S) and related materials without charge solely in conjunction with products
developed and/or marketed by Dynojet Research, Inc. This license grant is expressly
conditioned on adherence to all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
• Limitations pertaining to DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER
FUEL INJECTION MAP(S). No license is granted to use DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL
INJECTION MAP(S) in any product not developed and/or marketed by Dynojet Research,
Inc. No license is granted to modify, alter, combine or use any portion of DYNOJET
POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S) for use in any product not developed and/or
marketed by Dynojet Research, Inc.
• DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S)
may not be further distributed to another company, business, or individual who has
not agreed to the terms of this license.
• Termination. Without prejudice to any other
rights, Dynojet Research Inc. may terminate this LA if you fail to comply with the
terms and conditions of this LA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S) and all of its component parts.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you acquired this product in the United States, the laws of the State of Montana
govern this LA. If you acquired this product in Canada, the laws of the Province
of Ontario, Canada, govern this LA. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns
to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada and further
agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts located
in the Judicial District of York, Province of Ontario.
If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local laws may apply.

NO WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Dynojet Research Inc. and
its suppliers disclaims and makes no representations or warranties about the suitability
of the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S), either expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, with regard to the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION
MAP(S). This limited warranty gives you no specific legal rights. You may have others,
which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable
law, in no event shall Dynojet Research Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any
special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or
inability to use the DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER FUEL INJECTION MAP(S), even if Dynojet
Research Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some
states and jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
